Great running seasons aren't built on grind culture. They're built on smart preparation, honest self-assessment, and genuine community.

A Long Run – An easy paced run to help the body build the resources needed for structural and cardiovascular endurance.

Tempo Runs – These Progressive Runs Train The Body To Maintain A Desired Pace While Training For An Event.

Interval Runs – Short and fast (for you) runs with time in between to recover before going hard again. these runs build speed, endurance, and the ability to mentally endure intense training. (trust us, you will get stronger and look forward to these!)

one in person run each week – The group will start meeting tuesdays at 7pm. After labor day, we'll shift either earlier tuesday or to sundays to enjoy daylight on our runs.

End with a race – The entire group is encouraged to register for one of the races offered in mankato over october 17-18. Put your training to good use when you register for a 5k, 10k, 1/2 or full marathon! You'll have the group cheering you on in the final hoopla!

Our Coaching philosophy: your plan must be specific enough to drive steady progress toward your goal, and flexible enough to adjust as life and the season evolve. We coordinate your running with everything else you're doing -- strength training, cycling, swimming, triathlons, walking, vacation events - so the pieces fit together instead of compete.

TESTIMONIAL

Why join Run Club?

"Lace up and join us—you won’t regret it!"

What makes Run Club special isn’t just the miles we log but the sense of community that comes with it. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a beginner taking on your first 5K, there’s a place for you here. You get a program designed to thoughtfully help you achieve your goal.

We show up for one another too, whether it’s to cheer each other at the start/end of a race or to meet up for tacos, talking, and even a margarita!

If you’re looking for a run club that’s more about encouragement and less about competition, this is the place to be.
