What is Project Orange?

Project Orange is a structured, 3-phase metabolic framework designed by our nutrition certified coaches with years of experience to rebuild your metabolism so fat loss becomes sustainable, predictable, and easier to maintain.

Instead of tackling everything at once, Project Orange works in phases—addressing the right things in the right order—so your body actually responds.

Each journey starts with an extensive onboarding protocol, giving us important insight into your current nutritional habits. You'll start by completing our Nutrition Questionnaire as well as a 3-Day Food Journal before getting on your first call with our Nutrition coach.

The journey starts with Phase 1: The Reset, the foundation for everything that follows.

Phase 1: Reset (You're Starting Here)

You’re not here to blindly follow rules. You’re here to learn the process.

You can expect 12 weeks of learning, practicing & building the skills you need for life-long success broken down into 3 different phases. During our Reset Phase, we'll work with you to restore food quality, reduce inflammation, stabilize energy, and rebuild trust with your metabolism.

What you won't see: extreme restrictions, expensive meal replacements & supplementation, figuring it out on your own.

What you'll get: clear guidelines and goals, daily accountability, full access to coaches for questions and guidance, a community of support, weekly group calls, & the opportunity to build the skills you need for a lifetime of success.

We're with you every step of the way while you learn how to support your health with real food.

Phase 2: Rebuild

4 Weeks Down, 4 More Weeks of Learning, Practice & Support.

During Phase 2, the focus changes. While we'll still use real food to fuel your life, we'll work on increasing protein intake, building strength and muscle with specific strength training programs, and dialing in calories to further support fat loss.

Phase 2 available to folks who successfully complete Phase 1.

Phase 3: Refine

Once you arrive at Phase 3, you've got the basics down, you've built the skills you need to really dive deeper into your nutrition, and you have an understanding of what your body needs. Phase 3 dives even deeper & gets even more personalized.

This is where we introduce tracking, weighing, and precision to fine-tune results while maintaining flexibility.

The goals isn't to pack your lunches everywhere you go, but to understand how to be successful in any situation without living like a hermit (we know that's no way to live your life).

Phase 3 is not available until Phases 1 & 2 are successfully completed.

We know starting something new brings questions — here are the most common ones.

Question 1: How long is Project Orange?

The Project Orange coaching program lasts a minimum of 12 weeks. Prior to starting the program, we complete a number of steps to ensure this is a great fit for you.

1 - Success Session - a one on one sit down with a coach to talk through goals, health history, what you've tried in the past & if this is the right fit for you. If it's a good fit, we move on with the next steps. You can also learn more about training with the nutrition progra.

2 - Onboarding with our Nutrition Coach - starting with an extensive onboarding nutrition questionnaire and 3 day food log before getting on a call with our nutrition coach to talk through the information.

3 - Starting the 3 phase Project Orange coaching program.

Question 2: Is this a group program?

This is not a group program - its 1 on 1 nutrition coaching, providing you with the personalization and support you need rather than working around what the general group needs.

While there is a structured program, it can be tailored to what you need, speeding up or slowing down, depending on your ability to adhere to the program.

Question 3: I'm not a member, can I still join?

Absolutely!

While we have run a number of members through the program, we have also started non-members with this program to hit the ground running.

We absolutely encourage strength training throughout the program as well to support muscle mass while losing fat.
