Set Time to train with peers - it's the same time every week - just build it into their schedule & make it happen!

Flexible Scheduling - Because this isn't a class, we can reschedule sessions if the normal time doesn't work.

24/7 Hour Access - We're encouraging the athletes to come in on their own 1x/wk to learn to be independent & comfortable in the gym with a program they're familiar with.

Motivation from Other Athletes - Feed off the energy of like-minded peers.

All Sports Welcome - Open to both boys and girls, no matter your sport.

3:30-4:30pm

One of the goals of this program is to create confidence and autonomy outside of the training time, so we will be challenging the athletes to come in 1x over the weekend to get a 3rd workout in.

They can coordinate to come with other athletes in the group or they can come on their own.

With 24hr access, they'll have flexibility to get it done!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who is this for?

This group is specifically for athletes grade 7 and up, in upper middle school & high school.

This is NOT a group training setting - each athlete will have his or her own training program, designed to help them elevate their athleticism to advance their athletic performance.

Due to the nature of the program, we will not be allowing guests to join the sessions.

When does this group meet?

The group can start IMMEDIATELY. Before training, we'll set the athlete up with a movement assessment. From there, we need a day to get programming done before getting started.

Training sessions are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:30-4:30.

Each session is coached to ensure we minimize the risk of injury and help each athlete load properly and adequately perform each exercise.

Any other perks for the athletes?

YES - this program also includes 24 hour access to Functional Fitness as well as one day of programming to complete on their own.

Our goal is to not only provide awesome coaching to build confidence in the gym, but also give the athletes confidence to complete workouts on their own. We don't want them to just rely on the coach but to find it within themselves to stay active & learn to read the training program and confidently complete the workouts on their own!

This hour in the gym is dedicated to ATHLETES ONLY.

There is a different energy with athletes - of all levels - hit the gym together!

What's the commitment?

The goal of this program is to prepare the athletes for their upcoming season - whether that's winter or spring.

Get started now & work hard until season starts.

During season, we HIGHLY recommend training at least 1x/wk to prevent any loss of the gains the athletes will be working hard to do. This may be on their own or maybe it's in the morning before school. We will work around the athletes' busy schedules, as long as they are committed to work during their seasons!
